PUL (Polyurethane Laminated Fabric) is a special utility fabric that has been adhesive heat laminated on one side to a layer of polyurethane film, making it water-resistant.
It's a versatile material, often used for making nappies, reusable breast pads, and cloth pads, wet bags and change mats.
